Seville hasn't got underground, but it has a good bus network. We recommend the use of the bus, but, obviously, each point of the town can be reached by taxi.
The bus fares are as follows:
- One trip ticket : 0.90 euros
- The so called "Bonobus sin transbordo": 3.80 euros. This is a card valid for ten trips.
- The so called "Bonobus con transbordo": 4.50 euros. This is a card valid for ten trips. Also you can change, within an hour, to any line you like, provided they are different.
The one trip ticket is paid to the bus driver. Note that from 21:00 you have to pay the exact fare, because the driver will not provide change. The bonobuses can be bought at tobacco stores, news stands and bus tickets offices.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL/RESIDENCE FROM THE TRAIN STATION
1. To Hotel Don Paco .
It is very near the train station (15-20 minutes on foot) but if you prefer the bus, line 32 has a bus stop at the front of the main door of the station and another at Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Córdoba , next to the hotel.
2. To Hotel Pasarela .
It is at Avenida de la Borbolla . You have two options:
a) When you leave the train station by the main door, turn to your right until Avenida Maria Auxiliadora and take line 1. This line has a stop next to the hotel.
b) You can take line C2 at the front of the station and get off at the crossing of Avenida Carlos V and Avenida de la Borbolla . The hotel is very near from there.
3. To Hernando Colon Residence .
It is next to Campus of Reina Mercedes . You have to take line C2 at the front of the train station and change to line 34 at Plaza Juan de Austria (The place is known as " Pasarela " or " Prado "). Then you have to get off at the first stop of Avenida Reina Mercedes . The residence is very near from there.
HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL/RESIDENCE FROM THE AIRPORT
1. To Hotel Don Paco .
The bus from the airport has a stop next to the train station, where you can take bus line 32, as explained above.
2. To Hotel Pasarela .
The bus from the airport has a stop at Avenida Carlos V , which is very near to the hotel.
3. To Hernando Colon Residence .
You have to get off the bus from the airport at Avenida Carlos V , and then look for line 34 at Plaza Juan de Austria . Then you have to get off at the first stop of Avenida Reina Mercedes . The residence is very near from there.
HOW TO GET TO BRAINSTORMING FROM THE HOTEL/RESIDENCE
2BWMC will take place at E.T.S. Ingenieria Informatica , except the opening, which will take place at Faculty of Mathematics . Both are located at Campus of Reina Mercedes and bus line 34 has a stop exactly at the front of the former.
1. From Hotel Don Paco .
After a short walk to Plaza Nueva , take line 34 and get off at the second stop of Avenida Reina Mercedes .
2. From Hotel Pasarela .
After a short walk to Plaza Juan de Austria , take line 34 and get off at the second stop of Avenida Reina Mercedes .
3. From Hernando Colon Residence .
It is 5 minutes walk.
